She has been teaching group and private classes for almost 20 years!

Description of Classes:
* Minimal Equipment required: Yoga mat, yoga bolsters or pillows. Blankets and cushions can be a great support. Using a chair or wall is also good support for balance. You can also use a robe tie if you don’t have a strap. Yoga blocks or books, massage balls or tennis balls, Pilates balls and yoga balls are strongly suggested for online classes but not required.
* These scientifically proven exercises can be done daily to help create new patterns in the brain and body. Learn to move with ease, become pain free and feel confident and strong!
Yoga Therapy for back pain and strengthening – 45 minute class
In this class you will learn poses, breathing techniques and exercises that will help let go and unwind pain. This specifically focuses on the upper, middle and lower back. This class involves visualizations, meditations and biomechanics exercises.
Yoga Therapy for neck, back and shoulder pain – 45 minute class
In this class you will learn poses, breathing techniques and exercises that will help let go and unwind pain. This class specifically focuses on the shoulders, neck and back. This class involves visualizations, meditations and biomechanical exercises.
Yoga Therapy for knees, hips and back pain - 45 minute class
In this class you will learn poses, breathing techniques and exercises that will help let go and unwind pain. This class specifically focuses on the knees, hips and back. This class involves visualizations, meditations and bio mechanic exercises.
Postnatal Fitness classes
*Check with your physician to make sure your body is ready for classes. Or contact a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist for more info on pelvic pain.
* These classes are all designed for a postnatal experience including pregnancy loss. In these classes you will learn poses, breathing techniques and exercises that will help let go and unwind pain specifically between the ribs and hips. Stop symptoms like leakage, urgency to “go”, pain during intercourse, numbness, vaginal sensitivity with touch inside and out, tearing, loss of pleasure during intercourse, hypertension, Diastasis, prolapse and mental health wellness.
* Learning visualizations, meditations and biomechanical exercises to create new habits and patterns. These scientifically proven exercises can be done daily to help create new patterns in the brain and body. Learn to move with ease, become pain free and feel confident and strong!
* Minimal Equipment required: Yoga mat and yoga bolsters or pillows. Blankets and cushions can be a great support. You can also use a robe tie if you don’t have a strap. Yoga blocks, 2 or 3 pound weights, resistance bands are optional but help with deeper strengthening, support and toning.
* Receive a class recording if you missed a class.

This class is for anyone who has experienced a natural birth and first and second degree tearing.
Early Postnatal Fitness for C Section - up to 12 weeks postpartum
40 minute class
This class is for anyone who has experienced a C-Section or has up to a third or forth degree tearing. This class helps with scare tissue issues and healing. An extra gentle class to get your body on track for future strength training.
Postnatal Fitness from - 12 weeks to 24 weeks postpartum
40minute class
This class is C-Section safe.
Postnatal Fitness from - 24 weeks postpartum and on

This class is C-Section safe.
